Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Processing will take between 2-3 business days. Shipping for domestic orders will take 2-5 business days. Please allow extra time during peak promotion times, weekends/holidays. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only.

Direct signature may be required for purchases on items $150 and higher. Signature requirements are the same for USPS, FedEx Express, and FedEx Ground US Shipments. If no one is present to sign at the address, your courier will reattempt. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Shipping for international orders will take 7-16 business days.

International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. 

The customer is responsible for all customs charges.  If a customs charge is refused by the customer and UNHAPPY is responsible for the shipping of the product back, the charge will come out of the customers refund. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds. 


All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for cost of shipping for exchanges on undamaged items and if the customer rejects a package they are responsible for all additional shipping costs incurred. All items are final sale. UNHAPPY reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. In the event a package is returned by USPS, your payment will be refunded minus the actual fee of shipping, and we will contact you to confirm receipt.
